EDC
EDC was founded in 1990 with the objective of providing the highest quality construction services that would be entirely focused on our clients. Shortly after our founding, EDC was awarded the ongoing development and construction management of a premiere office and research park in southwestern Virginia that houses over one million square feet in more than twenty-five buildings today. Our work there continues today.
In the years since, EDC has grown to become one of the most respected construction companies in the country, with a geographic reach that covers the entire Eastern United States, and a diversity of expertise in project types that includes retail, entertainment, multifamily, self-storage, industrial, sports and recreation, and grocery. We have put over 30 million square feet in place with an annual project value of over $175 million.
