Top Workplaces leads the way in measuring the health of US companies based upon employee opinions. Over 2,000 designated Top Workplaces nationally are now better positioned to attract and retain industry leading talent.
The Star Tribune Top Workplaces 2011 program recognized 140 companies within the region. As part of the program, 60,538 employees in Minnesota were surveyed. In June 2012 the Star Tribune will again recognize Minnesota Top Workplaces. The very best organizations will be evaluated purely on the responses to an employee survey.
Your company will be asked to complete a short questionnaire on employee benefits, workplace strengths and interesting facts.
Employers will be evaluated solely on the basis of their employee survey responses.
