I like to describe our work environment as a "work hard, play hard" atmosphere. We make sure that we get the job done and do it well. However, we also have times when we have fun and enjoy life.

I've been able to balance between family and career without feeling guilty. And, I enjoy the people in my company, everyone works hard but we have fun too.

What impresses you most about senior management's understanding of what is happening in this organization?

Senior management is involved in what is going on. They want to be aware of what is happening, but they don't have to be involved in every little detail.

What does your manager do well?

He does a good job of communicating things I do well and things I could do better. He is a good listener and I believe he cares about me as a person.

I like the people I work with and I am proud of the company I work for. I have a very interesting mix of technical areas in my job.

It is challenging and always keeps me thinking. I also really enjoy the people I work with - couldn't ask for a better group!
