Our manager is nice and listens to everybody's suggestions, she is up to date on everything around her. She acts more like a friend than a big boss to everybody.

The most motivating thing about our work is our boss. He is easy to work with, listens to you and helps out at all times .

I am not micro managed. I'm given a task and I am free to handle the task however I feel.
