YOUR GUIDE TO THE TWIN CITIES

The Motorcycle Industry Council founded in 1914 is a not-for-profit, national trade association representing manufacturers and distributors of motorcycles, scooters, motorcycles/ATV/ROV parts and accessories, and members of allied trades such as publishing companies, advertising agencies, insurance firms and consultants. The Motorcycle Industry Council exists to preserve, protect and promote motorcycling through its various activities.
Associates rally around a common passion: the culture, love and sport of motorcycling. All associates have a sense of working for something important, and associates like helping to prevent accidents by increasing motorcycle safety awareness. They take "fun seriously."
In addition to the typical benefits, there is a tuition reimbursement program and a motorcycle maintenance program that reimburses associates for expenses. They also get discounts on gear and accessories and are allowed to wear riding gear in the office when they ride their bike to work. Work schedules are flexible and associates may work from home to accommodate illness, children or education.
