We have seen a lot of change in the past year. In our case, the change has been great. We are now in a position to gain a stronger foothold in our markets, while maintaining our core values.

The managers are very supportive with both my work and personal life. I am encouraged to have a social life outside of work.

They simply respect everyone in the organization. Meetings are open ... discussion is frank ... and solutions are shared.

Life and work are already co-mingled. If time is needed away then the time is given.

The health care package is tremendous, and are benefits support staff are exceptional.
