About MedTech College

MedTech College is a private college specializing in short-term, medical training from individual classes up to associates degrees. Flexible scheduling and day and evening classes are available, as well as financial assistance for those who qualify. MedTech College offers degrees in the following areas: medical assisting, medical billing and coding, medical lab technology, health-care management, biotechnology and practical and registered nursing.

We have monthly company-wide meetings which bring other team members from other campuses that are in the same position as me so that we can share ideas.

Vision...I have never worked for a company in my 30 years of professional employment that truly provides a "full insurance package."

What impresses you most about senior management's understanding of what is happening in this organization?

I have never worked for a company that is as employee centered as MedTech. They truly care about each of their employees.

I love my job and I love coming to work, I love the people that I work for and with - it is truly a great place to work.

The administration is continuously telling us how much we are appreciated and do things to show us that they value us.

Interesting facts

MTC offers a Career Services Department that works with students during their last quarter to put together a solid resume and portfolio to assist them in finding a career. Career services is a lifetime benefit for a MedTech College graduate. Also, we assist soon to be graduates with mock interviews and whatever else it takes to secure a career.
