All of the extras the owner does for us from monthly breakfasts, to praises from upper management to many other extras that are provided to us.

They seem to collaborate together very well, the departments are not operating so independently that they clash

She's highly efficient, always available, praises good work, and corrects and instructs appropriately as needed

Most of the managers have been here for at least 5-10 years and their knowledge of the industry is amazing.
