Insights Consulting, Inc is an agency that supports individuals of all ages who have developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury and autism spectrum disorders. We partner with them, their staff, their friends and their families. Insights also supports people that live in group homes, their own apartments and houses, and with their families. Many of them are also challenged with psychiatric challenges. We provide supports to over 600 individuals who are successfully living in communities throughout Indiana.

Founded in 1996, Insights provided only behavioral consulting services by master-level prepared behavior consultants. In 2006, Insights started providing residential services to clients throughout central Indiana. In 2008, a not-for-profit organization was formed called Outside the Box, Inc. to provide an unique program that included an innovative twist on day services. In 2009, Insights created its Respite Services program. The purpose of this program is to provide support to families or guardians who need temporary relief from continuous care giving for their loved ones with developmental disabilities. This decreases the likelihood of formal long-term care. In the last 13 years, the organization has grown from the initial 17 employees to now more than 208 located throughout Indiana.
