DANTOM is a provider of letter services to the credit and collection industry. DANTOM uses integrated services, data analytics and technology to provide our customers with a single source for information management, letter design, printing, inserting, presort and mailing. Through our facility in Wixom, Michigan we process over fifteen million letter images a month.

Bimonthly town hall meetings are held to keep constant communication with employees. New employees are introduced and anniversaries are recognized.

Catch Program: Employees "catch" other employees doing good things in the company or helping other employees. Employees are rewarded with a gift card to local stores or restaurants.

Ideas At Work Program: Employees submit suggestions of areas to improve the company or reduce costs. Ideas that are chosen are rewarded with a gift card.

Monthly luncheons are provided and held on the production floor to enhance camaraderie.

Ask the President/CEO: Any questions about the company are submitted anonymously and answered by the CEO at our town hall meeting.

A Wellness committee was formed to improve the health and fitness of our employees, offering eating tips, discounts at fitness clubs, etc. Weight Watchers was brought onsite at half the cost to any employee that wishes to join. We also kicked off our Biggest Loser Contest 2009; offering prizes to the winner.
