Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is a full-service construction manager and general contractor serving academic, healthcare, corporate, institutional, life sciences, landmark restoration and federal clients. Consigli is a leader in sustainable construction practices, with 69 LEED Accredited Professionals on staff and over 35 LEED or sustainable projects on its resume.

Consigli is a fourth-generation, family-owned company still led by the Consigli family. Anthony and Matthew Consigli took over from their father, Henry Jr. in the early 90's. Originally started as a masonry contractor, Anthony and Matthew's great-grandfather Peter Consigli's handiwork can still be seen around the Milford region, including the arch in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, which is displayed proudly in the Consigli logo.

The organization's offices are housed in the 1880's St. Mary's Grammar School building, also known as "the Granite Building." The building sat vacant for years, and fell victim to a fire and neglect. Yet its granite facade, of which there are few remaining examples, stood the test of time, and in 2005, Consigli purchased the building, deconstructed it and rebuilt it on its new site, with a modern addition added to it. Consigli preserved a local Milford landmark, expanded its workforce and gave its employees a modern, healthy working environment.
