Staffed by more than 2,000 employees, Children's Hospital of Michgan has 460 physicians, 125 pediatric specialists, 600 pediatric-trained nurses; more Michigan pediatricians are trained at Children's Hospital than at any other hospital in the state.
Children's Hospital of Michigan is specifically designed to cater to pediatric patients, from our kid-friendly emergency room that treats more than 90,000 children each year, to our newly remodeled patient rooms with areas for parents to rest comfortably. Playrooms, activity centers, computer labs, and classrooms on every floor allow our facility to make a child's transition from home to hospital easy.
