Interesting facts

Blizzard encourages employees to embrace their own interests and passions, and workspaces are commonly decorated with posters, action figures, and other reflections of the employee's tastes. The common areas are also adorned with statues and art from our games, including a 12-foot bronze statue of an orc warrior riding a wolf in the central courtyard. Employees are recognized with unique gifts such as a sword after five years, and a shield at ten.

Several of Blizzard Entertainment's games are popular as eSports, with professional players competing in high-stakes tournaments. Blizzard works to foster this movement by organizing and sponsoring tournaments and leagues around the world to bring this exciting new form of entertainment to a broader audience.

We also host the BlizzCon gaming convention in Anaheim, a two-day event that attracts thousands upon thousands of players and press from around the globe.
