From the time a potential new hire is first considered for employment, the right cultural fit is a primary consideration. Our Great People Interview Guide assists hiring managers in assessing how well a candidate aligns with BDHHI's values. This focus on our company culture continues in the language of the offer letter and through the onboarding process which includes completion of an online course about our Winning Culture values.
Our culture is also an integral part of our annual performance management process. Every employee is appraised by their manager, their peers, and their direct reports (as applicable) on each of our Winning Culture values. A minimum rating on the values is mandatory for an employee to receive an overall "Meets Expectations" performance review.
