One of the larger and more diverse law firms in Indiana, Bingham McHale pledges to provide its clients with perceptive, responsive and effective legal and business solutions. Our 140 attorneys focus on taking legal details off our clients' desk and giving them viable, understandable options.
One of the most unique aspects of the firm’s communication practices is its Open Door Policy. Any firm employee can schedule a meeting with Management Committee members, the CEO, partners and Department heads at any time. Although Bingham McHale is a large firm with 240 employees, the firm is a friendly, open place to work. Staff and attorneys enjoy a relaxed, informal working relationship. There are opportunities throughout the year for all firm employees to mingle and socialize during normal work hours. We also offer opportunities for any employee to participate in community programs; the firm partners with Howe Academy and is also a sponsor of the Cristo Rey Providence High School. Fund raising activities for these and other community organizations take place throughout the year. All groups of employees receive attention and communication from top management down. As mentioned previously, any firm employee can meet with the Managing Partner, COO, any partner, or Department Director.
