They are always involved in what is happening, they communicate well, provide a vision, and enable us to go in that direction of where the company needs to be.

I was able to complete my bachelor's degree, which was paid by BEHR. The Company also offers continual classes/training that allow for improvements overall.

As a parent I have the flexibility I need to take care of my family. I attend valuable trainings, the company shares its profits, what else can I ask for...

What I appreciate most is the events that encourages family participation such as a bowling event, Christmas party, picnics, etc.
