What contributes most to your recommending working at this organization to others?

Character of the firm. Benefits. Employee camaraderie. The fact that I was only going to stay 2 years as an interim job; and that was 17 years ago. I truly love this place and the people.

I have the opportunity to work with wonderful clients and members of their organizations. My co-workers are highly regarded in the legal profession. My leadership is strong and dependable.

This place that did everything to avoid having layoffs or reductions like others in this industry did, which showed me that the place is well run and that it cares about its workers.

What do you find most motivational about working for this organization?

The intelligence and compassion of the lawyers. It motivates you to strive to be better - a better employee and a better citizen.

It is a very interesting and fulfilling job. I have the flexibility I need for my children and their extra-circular activities.

They let you know when you have done a good job. The managers go above and beyond to make things better for everyone.

What aspects of your benefits package do you find most valuable?

Health benefits are terrific. I recently had to make use of the benefits and realized that we have a great plan.

Through the economic crisis the firm has taken every measure and has succeeded in not laying of any employees.

Manage the whole work place and always try to make out jobs easier and a great place to come to work.
