We have flex time. People are allowed to telecommute on a regular basis. Management is understanding and supportive when we need to take time off.

In these hard times, Kahn is the only architectural firm that has not laid off people. They must be doing something right. They have adjusted their work type for the emerging markets.

I have always had the freedom to express my thoughts and rationale and it has always been listened to - that's all one can ask.
What do you find most motivational about working for this organization?
The thing I find the most motivational is the sense of accomplishment I receive from seeing a new building after construction that I helped design and create.

Our company is going green and we also design green so having the opportunity to improve our environment is definitely exciting.
