The Herb Chambers Companies consist of forty-five automobile dealerships serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island. They sell, service and lease new and preowned vehicles from twenty-eight different manufacturers. Additionally they have four collision centers and offer parts and accessories on a retail and wholesale basis.

The Herb Chambers Companies were founded in 1985. Since that time they have become the largest automobile dealer in New England and the sixth largest privately held dealer out of 22,000 dealerships in the country. Despite the recent recession, the company continues to grow and already this year has opened two new dealerships with more coming on line before year's end. Major facility renovations have been completed over the past year and more are currently in process. They are an industry leader in E-Commerce marketing and have earned virtually every award offered in the industry including Ward's National Dealer of the Year and Massachusetts Dealer of the Year.
