At St. Regis Monarch Beach, we are very proud to be a Forbes MOBIL 5 Star, AAA 5 Diamond Resort. We would not be an award winning resort without the support of our guests, community, and staff members! For these reasons, we do our best to generate an atmosphere where “Giving Back” is at the forefront of our minds.
It is our goal to “give back” to our staff by creating a challenging and inspiring environment! We have many opportunities for staff to get involved, improve operations, and grow in their careers. We have programs like the Injury Prevention Team, Staff Softball Team, Staff Running Club, Associate Development Program, and Starwood University.
We feel it is imperative to “give back” to our community! Annually, we participate in many local events including the Doheny Tree Planting, Dana Point Festival of Whales, Relay for Life, O.C. Marathon, Turkey Trot, California Coastal Clean Up, Ocean Institute “Adopt- a- Class”, and re-painting the SJC Boys & Girls Club. This holiday season, we are especially proud to be supporting four local charities: Father Serra’s Pantry, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, Pet Project Foundation, and Second Harvest Food Bank!
Through recognition and events, we believe it is important to “give back” to our staff! From our recognition lunches, summer picnic, and annual holiday events including giving free turkeys for Thanksgiving, there is always a reason to celebrate the St. Regis staff! We hold spontaneous events like our 5 Star, 5 Diamond cocktail reception or a surprise morning celebration to thank our staff for high guest satisfaction scores with Krispy Kreme donuts!
