At press time, RATIO has 30 LEED accredited professionals – more than 40 percent of the firm’s total professionals.

From historic renovations to corporate headquarters, museums and public facilities, the firm has designed more than 30 buildings in the Downtown Indianapolis area and dozens more throughout Indiana and the country. RATIO's employees are organized into studios. Studios take field trips to project sites and community landmarks; invite speakers to present on various topics, both industry and non-industry related; and participate in traditional team-building activities.
