Health Care Reform (HCR) made a few immediate changes in 2010 to expand access to coverage. But beginning in 2014, HCR fundamentally changes the health insurance market, adding complexity to employer benefits and individual health care decisions. Employers have numerous questions about HCR: they need a competent, qualified resource to which to turn.

McGraw Wentworth has the in-house expertise and resources to advise organizations on HCR compliance and help them understand the impact on their business model. We currently:

- Conduct 50 hours of company-paid training for our employees
- Provide decision models and checklists to empower clients to make informed, strategic decisions
- Supply organizations with employee communications materials
- Publish HCR-focused newsletters
- Conduct free accredited seminars
- Speak at industry events
