Formed in 1976, family owned – 2nd generation, up until his retirement, our Chairman interviewed all prospective employees, we are a full service company that offers its employees all services or an ala carte menu, 8-10 years ago we were staff heavy operating 10 million square feet. We now operate > 20 million with +/- the same staff. We right sized through growth and attrition.
