Interesting facts

In 12 years we have grown from 2 to 25 providers! Dr. Coyle our Medical Director is from Ireland, hence the name Emerald Physicians. Our staff is now from all over the world, Turkey, Pakistan, India just to name a few countries & we are a global practice. Just in the past few months, one of our Nurse Pactitioners volunteered in the Dominican Republic & one of RN's is volunteering in Ghana for the month of July. We are the only practice on the Cape with a Patient Advocacy Program & Healthy Living Program; Emerald has been on Electronic Medical Records for almost 10 yrs; we have our own state of the art laboratory; our New Patient Coordinator receives about 40 calls per day since we are one of the few Primary Care practices on the Cape accepting new patients. We have developed something very unusual - a sustainable model for primary care where burn out does not exist but positivity reigns. We think President Obama's team should take a hard look at Emerald Physicians.
