Elder Service Plan of the North Shore really is so much more than a medical provider. Welcoming and supportive from the very first encounter, the team brings older adults into a network of care and nurture that many of them have never had before.

We make them feel like someone cares, we become part of their family…and in some cases, we are who they depend on most. The approach is truly all inclusive, in every sense of the term.

As a team, we are visionary and innovative, but grounded in the reality of our participants and their often complex lives. Serving up generous helpings of compassion and time, we are constantly demonstrating our commitment to our participants, their caregivers, and each other.

Our professionals and participants work together to find ways to improve their health and quality of life. Here is a support group meeting at the day center that was a joint effort with staff and the participants.

• Our team enjoys the regular scheduling we can provide with evenings, weekends and holidays off.

• This month we opened a new day center in Lynn.

• We hired 50 employees in the last year, most of which were new positions due to growth.
