ConvergEx Group's Eze Castle Software (Eze) has been a leading provider of technology solutions to global investment managers since 1995. Eze has offices in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Stamford, Hong Kong, London, Singapore and Sydney, and employs more than 400 people worldwide.

One of the unique aspects of Eze is the opportunity to help define our corporate culture. Eze encourages all employees to get involved - whether it be in social hour on Fridays, company-sponsored tournaments, outings, or in one of the employee-run committees that allow employees to affect change within our office and surrounding communities.

Eze's Community Service Committee is a 501 (1)(3) charity that provides employees the opportunity to make a difference. The success of the committee has been driven by the enthusiasm of the Eze Community. It is open to all interested employees and organizes various fundraisers throughout the year, such as a poker tournament, an annual service auction, and holiday party raffle.

Eze's Improvement Committee empowers employees to directly influence corporate culture through employee-driven initiatives, and upward feedback that is directly communicated to our executive team. Some success stories include a company-wide peer nominations program, summer outings, and company-sponsored sports leagues.
