Husband and wife team, Ken Chard and Joy Snyder began Chard Snyder in 1988 in the basement of their home. Recognized two years ago as one of the tri-state's fastest growing companies, Chard Snyder now employs 86 full and part-time employees to provide services for over 850 clients. Many of our clients are centered in the tri-state region, but we are becoming known as a regional powerhouse and have begun to expand onto the national scene. The company has moved to larger quarters four times since its inception. We moved into our new building at 3510 Irwin-Simpson Road, Mason, OH 45040 in March of 2004. This building has 7,400 square feet on the main floor and 5,000 square feet of office space was added on the lower level in September, 2006. This year the building next door was purchased and rehabed in order to add another 5,000 square feet of office space which is currently occupied by our sales and COBRA departments.
