CST is committed to environmental awareness and to respecting the fundamental inter-relationship between our biosphere and ourselves. Each year we use our company catalog, our annual calendar, and an affiliated environmental website to highlight a specific environmental theme and Earth's special places. In addition, we are proud to note that our headquarters/production facility has been a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified facility since 2006. Our extensive in-house recycling program and ongoing efforts to compost all cafeteria kitchenware at a local farm has made significant reductions to our overall waste production. Our marketing and packaging materials are made from recycled paper that includes the highest percentage of post consumer waste.
