- In a time where frequent job-hopping is common, Blach is proud of our average of 8 years of service per employee, with the longest being 34 years.

- Our projects are some of the most interesting and sustainable buildings in the Bay Area (Packard Foundation, Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, Allied Arts Guild, Menlo-Atherton Performing Arts Center)

- Our newest Vice President, Juan Barroso, started at Blach as an intern twelve years ago while going to school at UC Berkeley.
