The Company hosts a monthly luncheon for its employees. We use the forum to introduce new employees and update the company on any recent events. We celebrate our employees’ birthdays each month with a personalized birthday card and a cake. During the summer we sponsor an Ice Cream Truck to provide a mid-day treat for our employees. The President and CEO of the Company is the recipient of the 2007 Ernst & Young New England Entrepreneur of the Year.
