Since 1986, Answers Systems has been meeting the unique trade promotion management/contract management needs of the Foodservice industry. We stay on the leading edge of software development and service delivery with our ContractPro® solution for Foodservice manufacturers and ValuTrak® solution for multi-unit Foodservice operators. Our solutions provide real-time visibility into the performance of trading partner agreements and support quantifiable ROI improvements for our client base. Answers Systems provides total out-sourced solutions, designed by foodservice veterans, as well as technology and finance experts. We are SAS 70 Type II certified, and pass the most stringent client Sarbanes-Oxley audits. In serving our clients, we have also built strong bonds with the foodservice distribution and broker sale agency communities – through these strong bonds with these key constituents, we are able to manage contracts and pay rebates against those contracts for our clients.

Answers Systems received a training grant through Workforce Florida to help employees get desired training during 12 mos. period. We have had 60 new hires in past year - 30 of which were employee referrals. At our company we have 11 families with members working together (mothers/fathers work with their adult children, siblings, spouses, and other combos). We have 50 telecommuters in Tampa Bay area. Answers Systems boasts longevity of employees, too - almost 25% of our employees have been here 5 years or longer: 16 employees here for five - ten years; 25 employees here for greater than ten years.
