About CLUES

CLUES delivers services through a family centric coordinated care model that holistically addresses not only the needs of the individual but also embraces the family to actively support and assist clients as they make positive strides to increased well-being. We currently provide the following Behavioral Health and Human Services to enhance the quality of life for Latinos and other diverse populations in Minnesota: Mental Health Services, Chemical Health Services, Aging Well Services, Family Services, Economic Advancement Services, and Community Health Worker Services.
