About The Early Learning Institute
What began as a pilot program over 53 years ago with a class of eight children has grown to serving nearly 1,500 children annually from across Allegheny County. TELI's services include: Early Intervention provided in the home or community setting for infants and toddlers ages birth to three; Early Childhood Education programs provided through two early learning centers for children ages two to five; Harmony Learning Center day care and before/after school care for children 12 months to young school age; and, Socialization Groups for children ages 18 months to three years of age.
Supportive services can include: Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy, as well as Social Work, Developmental, Vision, Hearing and Nutrition Services.
