About Community Housing Network,Inc.
CHN's mission is to serve as passionate advocates devoted to providing homes for people in need and access to resources to create sustainable communities. We provide affordable housing and housing resources for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, people with disabilities and other vulnerable citizens of SE Michigan. The principal belief supporting all we do is that people and communities are more successful when everyone – including people struggling with homelessness, those with disabilities, and those with low incomes – are part of the fabric of stable communities.
CHN provides housing-related programs and services including: affordable housing development; supportive housing program management; group home and other property management; the Housing Resource Center; management of a Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program; administration of the Homeless Management Information System; community education and advocacy.
