As the federally designated organ procurement organization serving Iowa, IDN identifies, medically manages and places lifesaving organs from donors to recipients throughout the United States. In addition, IDN serves as the tissue recovery organization for the state and works collaboratively with the Iowa Lions Eye Bank to provide cornea donations to those who need sight restored.
