About Community Support Advocates
Community Support Advocates currently offers Case Management, Service Coordination, Integrated Services, Day Habilitation Services, and our Knowledge Empowers Youth (KEY) Program. We partner with individuals and families living with disabilities to support them to grow and recover. Community Support Advocates provides supports to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities in gaining access to appropriate housing, needed medical services, and interrelated social, vocational, and educational services.
