Carrier Access, Inc. (CAI) was started in 1997 to help provide customers a better integration and support experience related to their telecommunications needs. By being proactive in our communication, transparent in expectations and collaborative in our solution offerings, CAI has grown to over 4,000 customers encompassing 43,000 endpoints in North America. Although known as a CenturyLink Premier Elite Channel Alliance Member, which is their highest status, our breadth of products cover end to end solutions for connectivity, lifecycle management and technology.
