About Zaremba Management Company
The Zaremba Management Company (ZMC) was formed in 1987 by Timothy Zaremba primarily to manage real estate properties owned or partially owned by the Zaremba Family in Cleveland, Ohio. Today ZMC manages over 4,000 apartment units, 250,000 s.f. of office space, and 60,000 s.f. of mini storage. Most of the portfolio is in Northeast Ohio however; Zaremba Management Company also has apartments in Dayton, Ohio, Chattanooga, Tennessee, a storage facility in Utah, and plans to expand their portfolio into other markets.
