Our mission: "Choices for a Lifelong Journey” is to insure that programs and services are available and accessible to meet the diverse needs and changing lifestyles of older adults and persons with disabilities. We offer programs and services: Home Care, Nursing, counseling, meals, crisis intervention, emergency shelter, education, benefits assistance, housing services coordination and many others to improve the quality of life for our clients in the 23 city and town area of the Merrimack Valley.
