Elaine Construction provides construction management, general contracting, and project consulting services to College and University, Corporate and Commercial, Healthcare, and Non-profit organizations. We provide our clients with the full complement of preconstruction services including; estimating, constructability analysis, logistics, phasing, traffic mitigation and safety planning.
