OUR MISSION Lincoln Child Center promotes the resiliency and success of children, youth and families impacted by trauma, poverty and other challenging socioeconomic circumstances, through coordinated mental health, education and family support services. Whether it’s through working with our partners from local schools and county agencies, or with dedicated community members, our staff creates innovative programs and services providing a continuum of care for children, youth and families. We believe that all vulnerable and emotionally troubled children need and deserve the opportunity to receive supports and services that will help them to be successful at home, in school and in their community.
We believe that children and families heal through active engagement, positive relationships, and learning new ways of coping with their unique challenges. We believe that all aspects of the child's life – family, culture, community, education, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender – must be woven into the treatment process in order to have a lasting impact.
“I see the appreciation and benefits of the work that I do in the communities I serve. This enriches my personal experience as an individual and clinician.”
“It is meaningful. I wake up every morning excited to come to work. ”

“Lincoln has a great balance of working from a holistic approach.”
