California Water Service Group is the third largest investor-owned water utility in the United States. We have six wholly owned subsidiaries operating in California, Washington, New Mexico, and Hawaii. Four of the six subsidiaries are regulated by state public utilities commissions. Non-regulated operations leverage our expertise in operating water and wastewater systems and provide related water and wastewater utility services. Formed in 1926 and based in San Jose, we serve more than 490,000 customers. We have more than $400 million in annual revenue and more than $1.5 billion in gross utility plant assets.
California Water Service Company is the largest subsidiary of the California Water Service Group, which also includes Washington Water Service Company, New Mexico Water Service Company, Hawaii Water Service Company, CWS Utility Services, and HWS Utility Services.
