About Archbishop Spalding High School

Archbishop Spalding is a Catholic, co-educational college preparatory high school, grades 9–12, operated under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Founded in 1966, it serves the needs of the growing population of the greater Annapolis and Baltimore area. An archdiocesan school, Spalding requires course work that incorporates not only core academic courses, but also embraces the fine arts and computer technology as well as physical education. This reflects the school’s dedication to provide an environment in which students are encouraged to reach their potential academically, spiritually and physically.
