Interesting facts

WD&W goes out of its way to make sure employees feel appreciated...especially during busy season. The firm provides breakfast snacks on Saturdays, and one of the Partners' wives makes two or three baked goods every Thursday! Plus, the firm buys lunch every Friday for the last few months of tax season!

I don't mean to ruin your impression of accountants, but WD&W also has several parties each year. This year, we had a building cookout, a company picnic, a holiday party, and of course the ever famous after tax season party, hosted by one of the partners.

As every company has had to do in these tough economic times, we've trimmed our expenses a bit, but we've tried to keep as many moral-boosting events as possible, even if it means they aren't quite as elaborate as in previous years. Our business is highly demanding, and we firmly believe it is important to do what we can to show appreciation to our employees for their hard work.
