Our Mission: Helping people triumph over mental illness, alcoholism, drug and other addictions.

Recovery Resources serves northeast Ohio's communities, reaching over 30,000 people in 2009 in Cuyahoga County. We offer services to the client struggling with Alcohol or Drug use, Mental Illness, or those dually diagnosed. Our full range of services includes Diagnostic Assessment, Counseling and Psychotherapy, Professional Interventions, Home Based Family Interventions, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Medical/Somatic Services, Employee Assistance, Prevention Services, Information and Referral and Community Support Services. We strive to serve all those in need, regardless of their ability to pay.

We are a company of approximately 125 individuals highly dedicated to our mission of "Helping people triumph over mental illness, alcoholism, drug and other addictions."

My coworkers - their compassion and caring for our clients is a daily inspiration.

I enjoy helping people engage in AOD/MH treatment programs. It feels good to know that you have helped someone, or put a smile on their face after having a bad day or bad weekend.

What impresses you most about senior management's understanding of what is happening in this organization?

Senior management keeps us informed of changes at the agency, even though we are not sometimes involved with the decision-making. We as employees have a voice and it is heard by our senior management.
