By constantly reinforcing and letting me gain more knowledge by sending me to seminars, etc.

I appreciate the fact that everyone here does their best. I truly believe we all give 100% effort, and because of that, is very motivating to come to work.

What impresses you most about senior management's understanding of what is happening in this organization?

They look into the future and put into place what is going to be necessary in order for the firm to be secure and succeed. They're not waiting until something happens before they act upon it.

I love my job because...

Plunkett Cooney has a great understanding of family. I love the flex time schedule and being able to make up time if I need to go to the doctor or take care of my child.

The firm has been in continuous operation since 1913. One of Michigan's current Supreme Court Justices, Maura Corrigan, is a former Plunkett Cooney partner. The firm is one of the original members of ALFA International, a global network of 125 independent law firms.
