We work with older adults, families, caregivers and health care professionals to identify and access the many services and programs that allow elders to remain safe and independent in their homes. We are a one-stop resource for elder care information, advice, services and solutions for anyone… regardless of age or income. Many of the services we offer are available to elders and families in our service area at low or no cost.

Since 1975, Mystic Valley Elder Services has been a leader in the field of elder care. As one of the largest aging services organizations in the Commonwealth, we serve the communities of Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Stoneham and Wakefield.

Mystic Valley has 500 active volunteers who contributed a combined total of 25,878 hours of service during the year. The volunteers are from 44 different cities and towns and range in age from 22 to 98. Our longest serving volunteer has been active for 33 years. One volunteer has contributed 11,295 hours in volunteer service since 1987. The volunteers serve in a variety of settings including 12 food pantries,15 congregant meal sites, and 16 elementary schools.
