We were excited to introduce a new Digitas's Time off policy this year! These changes affected the amount of
time employees receive in their time off bucket and additional days where Digitas offices are closed: • 16
Scheduled Holidays • 9 Flex Days • 2 weeks of vacation for employees below Manager, up to three years of service • 3 weeks of vacation for employees with 3-10 years of service and for all employees at the Manager
level and above • 4 weeks of vacation for all Executives and employees with 10 or more years of service • 5
weeks of vacation for all employees with 15 or more years of service • Unlimited Sick Time • 5 days of
Bereavement time for family and 1 day for non-family • 1 day for taking care of logistics when moving • 2 days in
conjunction with Marriage/Commitment ceremonies • 4 weeks at 50% (or 2 weeks at 100%) of Sabbatical time
for every 10 years of service • 2 weeks for new parents (in additional to Maternity leave).
