One flagship practice at AGI is our weekly "Storytime." Each week the entire company (field offices participate via video teleconference) joins together for a lively and interactive meeting discussing key events of the week and coming week. The meeting is kicked off by the CEO, and the microphone is passed to any employee who has an interesting story to tell. Very informative, but also intended to be fun, entertaining and to show appreciation.
