The WorkplaceDynamics index (WDi) tracking employee confidence across America has dipped slightly in September 2011. It still remains strongly above the average levels seen in 2010.
55.4% of responders are either agreeing or strongly agreeing with the statement “I am confident about my future at this company”.
The WDi is based upon approximately 1.25 million survey responses in the US, with an average of 47,000 employees responding each month. It represents opinions across more than 3,500 organizations that have carried out the WorkplaceDynamics employee survey. The level of employee confidence is a 3-month moving average.
